Indeed, Mark Zuckerberg’s META is reportedly in talks to reincorporate in Texas, according to a Wall Street Journal report. The company is discussing a potential move to transfer its legal residence to the southern state. Such a move would see the Zuckerberg-led company leave Delaware, a popular state to base operations for larger United States companies. According to the report, Texas is not alone in its consideration.
