Doodles To Release Its Draw Me Crosser Soundtrack This Week

In a September 25 blog post, Doodles confirmed ready plans to launch its Draw Me Crosser soundtrack this coming Friday. This much-anticipated soundtrack will launch on Doodles TV, a public digital platform offering exclusive content, premieres, and viewing events within the Doodles ecosystem and beyond. The platform was tailored to strengthen the bond between creators and fans.

Founded in 2021, Doodles is a next-generation entertainment company focused on immersive storytelling by creating and distributing live and digital experiences. The digital asset firm became famous after launching Doodles, a non-fungible token collection featuring a limited set of 10,000 NFTs hosted on the Ethereum blockchain network. Since then, Doodles has slowly evolved from an NFT project to a media franchise.

To cement its foundation as a media franchise, Doodles NFT creator launched its own record label, “Doodles Records,” in partnership with Sony’s Orchard in July 2024. To mark this milestone, the Doodles Entertainment Company launched its first EP, a three-song original soundtrack for Dullsville and the Doodleverse, a short film with the same name slated to launch later this year.

The Dullsville and the Doodleverse project featured music from Pharrell (Doodle’s chief brand officer), Coi Leray, Lil Wayne, Lil Yachty, Kyle Richh, and Swae Lee. Every album the label releases will be accompanied by an animated visual created by Doodles founder Burnt Toast and in-house animation studio Golden Wolf.

Dullsville And The Doodleverse Overview

These soundtracks included Coi Leray and Pharrell’s “Not in the Store,” released in early August; Lil Wayne, Lil Yachty, and Kyle Richh’s “Can’t Hold Me Down” in late August; and Swae Lee, Lil Yachty, and Pharrell’s “Doodleverse (Draw Me Closer)” in September. While commenting about the Dullsville and the Doodleverse project, Julian Holguin, the CEO of Doodles, remarked:

“Music is and will continue to be a core pillar of Doodles, so we’re thrilled to announce the official formation of Doodles Records. Releasing music with some of the world’s most legendary and relevant artists on our first project is a dream come true and a massive source of pride. Moving forward, we will fuse music, animation, and technology to create groundbreaking content experiences that empower artists and their communities.”

In the meantime, Doodles has open windows to Doodlesᵗᵛ Super Pass NFT holders willing to access the soundtrack before its official release. Launched in July, the Doodles Super Pass (S1) is an NFT collection giving fans first access to Doodles Records releases. Doodlesᵗᵛ Super Pass (S1) holders will be airdropped a “Doodleverse” Premiere Pack in 24 hours.
